I came to this practice as a newbie to orthodontics. We were referred by our dentist and had no clue what to expect. Dr. Brassington and his staff took time talking us through the entire process and made me feel at ease for my child's care. We felt welcomed and appreciated from the time we came in to the time my son got his braces removed. Great care, beautiful results, fun contests, friendly staff members and a great experience overall. I would gladly recommend to friends and family.
Dr. Brassington is a great orthodontist. We have been seeing him for several years and he is always great. My son’s teeth were very crooked and now they look beautiful.
He is very competent. Probably over commited so very hard to make appoinyments. The office staff are a bunch of rude and obnoxious women. Need to be bettet trained. Horrible attitude. Act as if they are doing you a favour by setting up appointments.Has not been a pleasant experience. My older two went to another practice and we never had any problems.
