I have been a patient of Dr. FRY for over ten years. He is very approachable and very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend his office.

The worst experience ever. She never listened to me and always questioned of my feeling and symptom. I always felt that I was bothering her because she could walk to the door and prepared to leave while I was still talking and wanted to ask her medical question. If you are looking for a family doctor, find someone else, you can find any doctor better than her.

Marne is the absolute BEST doctor around. I’ve had a few in my 25 years, and I won’t ever stop going to Marne. I moved 3.5 hours away to Asheville, and I’d rather drive for her care than find a new doctor. She handles my health anxiety so well, isn’t ever condescending toward me, she actually listens and addresses my concerns, and never rushes me. Traits that you don’t often find in doctors. I will always, always, always recommend Dr. Tower.

Horrible experience. She talks down to elderly patients and their families. She tried to blame my father’s “dementia” (which he has not been diagnosed) as to why he’s having vision, hearing, dizziness, headaches among other things. She is an example of what’s wrong with out healthcare system today.

His knowledge with how to handle Dementia is very limited. Had to change to another doctor to get my spouse diagnosed. He did not listen to family. His diagnosis was nothing wrong but after changing to another doctor and one visit spouse was referred to Neurologist and was diagnosed with Dementia.

Don’t trust her. She snapped at my son for talking out of turn when she was asking him questions. He has adhd and autism, apparently she can’t handle kids.

Dr. Burchette cares about me and my health. When I had kidney failure in 2001, he went above and beyond to figure out why. When I was in for an appointment last year, he still remembered everything about that time in 2001. I truly appreciate having a doctor who knows me.

Very professional and takes time to explain what is going on. I honestly feel like he cares and I am not just a chart he is processing through his day.
