Dr Vest himself is a fantastic doctor in my opinion. However, the receptionist is incompetent and rude. Previously, on my last visit, she told me that my insurance was not accepted and that I'd have to make a payment. She suggested that I call my insurance. I did call. They told me that they only denied it because they had no idea how much they had to pay, because it was filled wrong. The lady gave instructions on what needed to be done.
