Avoid avoid avoid Failed my cyst removal surgery - twice. You cant make it up - TWICE. Details: I understand medical outcomes are not guaranteed, and some times the procedure has unexpected outcomes. I understood that when he could not get to my cyst the first time. He had all CTs and reports and know exactly where it was and still failed the second time. Avoid this place! I have been a long-time patient of Dr. Smith, who is kind and professional. However, reaching him directly for any issues is extremely difficult. Unfortunately, his office staff, particularly Amber, is incredibly rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. For the past few weeks, I have been trying to schedule my implant surgery, but Amber never follows up. Every time I call, she rudely responds that she hasn’t heard back from the insurance company. I called and spoke to Amber and she was really nice and accommodating, getting me in immediately for a broken tooth. I went in for a consult and Dr Smith, who was very kind and explained everything thoroughly, decided to pull the tooth right then, which saved me days of waiting in pain. Mary, his assistant, was super nice. The office is perfectly clean. The procedure was quick and painless with just local numbing. I went home and slept, and this morning I have no pain.
