I have been with the DR. for 10 years. Not only is he one of the smartest guys I know, he is also the nicest. He treats his patients with dignity and has done many things for his community. I can only hope that he never retires because there is no one like him. He is an absolute savior in my life. I have seen people leave there mad but,its because they did not follow the few simple rules of a DR. that has to sometimes prescribe narcotics. I am so grateful to have Dr Piszel, and his staff, as my new pain management Dr. He was very upfront and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with his approach and agenda of treatment for my spine. I feel very comfortable with him and look forward to his help. I also found him to be a great guy as well. Sincerely, Richard

Dr Piszel's office is fantastic. I find that the ones who complain are the ones that he probably did not accept for one reason or another or he has discahrged them for their own behavior. He is caring and is always happy!!! I can honestly say that I have never walked into any other doctors office where you could hear the doc laughing while you are checking in. BEFORE EVEN SAW THE DOCTOR THE STAFF COULDNT EVEN RECIEVE MY 4 REFERRALS SENT SHE WAS RUDE AND SHORT WITH ME.WHEN I DID FINALLY GET AN APPT. THERE POLICY IS TO HAVE INS CARD. I SAID I COULD GET IT FAXED AND BRING THEM THE CARD THAT DAY DONT AGREE WITH THAT POLICY THEY WOULDNT SEE ME.ALSO WHILE I WAITED THIS LADY WAS TREATED POORLY SHE JUST WANTED A REFILL FOR HER HUSBANDS MEDS CAUSE HE COULDNT GET OUT OF BED. Dr Bruce Piszel is a great doctor that cares greatly about his patients. He is kind and very caring to your well being, as well as having a great staff in his office and at therapy. I have never had a better doctor. with an amazing bedside manner he listens and explains so you can understand. I would refer him to anyone that has any kind of pain acute to sever.

He has been my doctor for pain management for 5 years. Talks to you and makes sure your meds are working properly, not keeping you "drugged up". If your looking for a doc who cares call him, if your just looking for pills look elsewhere. Best thing about Dr Piszel is he treats you like a friend and really listens to what YOU want. I wanted MINIMUM pills, I can live with some pain, just not the screaming #10 pain. He keeps me about a #2 which is fine, just enough so I don't do things I shouldn't, such as lifting heavy things ... read more

I went to Doc when all else failed on my back. He did a nerve block. I could not beleive that a 5 min precedure could make such a difference. An his bedside manor is... how should I say this.. different. He actually acts like a person. He will set and explain everything to you in english until you know exactly what is going to happen. I messed up my back so bad that i couldn't move.. he actually came over to my house and sat with me for more than 2 hrs.....Unbelievable...my wife thinks he is a godsend... he doesn't act all s... read more

Doc Piszel is a awesome doc. The only ones who dont like him are the ones who abuse pain meds and get up set when he catchs them lieing. You play games and you will get caught. Did great work on my back.
