I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me.
