My young daughter had her treatment with Dr Pope, a team traveled to perform the anesthesia for her treatment (and others), I had a good experience. Me and my older daughters waited in the lobby and I could see my tot was in good hands, she was bundled in her jacket, while we waited for the gas to wear off, it was quick and she has had good results as outcome of the visit ! Thanks to the staff for treating us well, I would come back again!

My one star has nothing to do with the actual dentist. But with his receptionist that woman is ruder than hell. And I am not the only one in my household or outside of my household. That has said the exact same thing for being a Reception as she should really learn how to talk to people.

Horrible experience. Toxic dentist, toxic staff, toxic environment. Do not go here. They need to go out of business. Show more respect to your patients regardless of their socioeconomic class.

Do not recommend coming here at all. The staff is so unprofessional, they lied and stated that I “canceled” my appointment the day of and they informed me I wouldn’t be able to come back, which was a total lie. I told them ahead of time that my daughter couldn’t be seen for that appointment because of oral surgery. I called to schedule an appointment today and the receptionist told me they had a note stating I said I didn’t care if I couldn’t come back. Why would I call to make an appointment if I said that? My daughter had received a referral to go here a couple months ago. The staff was super friendly. The only thing I did not appreciate was the dentist going to the receptionist while my daughter was in the back room under anesthesia and talking about my daughter’s insurance. Saying something along the lines of “this is why i hate taking patients like this” even though we came in through a referral that was 100% approved and paid for through her original dentist.
