Dr Albert did my shoulder Right side about 3 years ago. I have had no issues other than getting older. LOL. But he did such a fabulous job that here i am again BUT this time its my Left shoulder. He is the only one I trust to do the surgery which i know this is leading to since i have been down this road before. Although the PT for shoulder surgery is beyond horrible i know with Dr. Albert the surgery side will go exactly as needed and i will have to obey the rules to heal completely. Dr. Albert was a nice guy so were the people in the front but he spent very little time with me during my second visit, I had to wait one hour and a half and then he only spent 5 minutes and was in a rush to get rid of me. I was going to ask him more questions but he seemed like he was in a hurry. Also, the person in their billing department has a very bad attitude. When I called and asked a question about my bill, she got confrontational and gave me a lot of attitude.
