I saw Dr Morgenstern when I was a policeman in Cleveland Ohio back in the early 2000’s. He was the nicest, most thorough Doc I’d ever been to. He was very well known and respected by physicians and patients alike. I’m not discounting others experiences, but these reviews DO NOT reflect the man I saw for years! An awful person and a terrible doctor! Would give negative stars if I could. I had a great neurologist who left the Blue Sky practice and needed a new doctor to treat an injury I suffered to my head, neck, and spine. I asked for a head, neck, and spine specialist and they sent me to Dr. Morgenstern. In my consultation, he asked me to tell him my story. I was referred to Dr. Morgenstern by my primary care physician. I found him to be very personable and friendly. At my first appointment it was clear that he had read my history and was well-prepared. He listens attentively at each appointment and is responsive to my issues and questions. The office of Dr. Morgenstern is complete chaos. You can never reach the office only an answering service that forwards messages. After days of trying finally got a tele appointment for my mom. The appointment was at 12:40 PM I fired up my laptop ten mins before and have been waiting till now 01:53 PM for the good doctor to make an appearance. I'm down to 20% battery power and shutting down. Tried calling the office again answering service again we will have someone call you ASAP. Getting Meds refilled is an uphill battle as... read more
