I went to Dr. Haupt several years ago for a trigger finger. He operated on the wrong side of my finger. The problem was not corrected, and I still have a trigger finger.
I would not recommend him to anyone. I never saw him in the hospital just his assistant who said that I didn’t have a broken bone then later found out that yes I did have one broken, but never saw him again until my second doctor appointment and he refused the whole time to prescribe any pain medication. I was never put in a cast. I would find another ortho because this man is a joke. He injured my shoulder with a cortisone shot he dug all down in my should capsule with and God knows where else. I'm in horrific pain now that the shot has worn off. It hurt so bad afterwards I actually messaged them about it. I think I saw his PA. She was amazing. The first shot she was very cautious with, and commented you have very small joint space.
