I called trying to inquire about a negligent doctor. A very rude woman didn't even let me explain when she interrupted me saying they only handle severe permanent injuries. I was in shock how rude and dry she was but was the 1stvplace I called so I tried to inquire more and she lectured me by just repeating the same few times.
