I was visiting Dr. Waterman's office and everything was going well until I had to cancel an appointment because I had a fever and couldn't drive to the office. To my dismay, they bill me $100 because I didn't cancel the appointment within the established 24 hours. Like I was supposed to know I was going to get sick before 24 hours. I am a very nervous dental patient and I love this place! Lisa was so gentle and patient with me and did a wonderful cleaning. She offered me a rinse that numbed my mouth before she started and it really worked! I didn't feel a thing! Dr. Waterman was so kind and informative. The staff was warm and friendly. I will definitely be back!
