What a great experience! Please train all other medical and dental offices on how it’s done 😂. Friendly office staff and fast. They had all my info ready to go, and they didn’t ask me to fill it all out again after filling it out online previously. Dr. Nunez was so thorough and kind. He explained things no one ever has, about my vision. He asked if I got headaches, and it never occurred to me it could be vision related, I just totally forgot that correlation. Dr Womack was amazing. He is very thorough and explained everything in detail. The staff, Dave was very caring and met all of our needs and helped us save money. Wonderful and I would recommend them highly.
Everyone on staff was excellent and friendly. Dr. Womack was attentive and easy to work with. Nan did a great job of explaining our coverage and helping us get frames picked. We'll be going here from now on!
Doctor explained everything perfectly and easy to understand. Answered all my questions and concerns. Front desk and person who helped me pick a frame were very professional, courteous and helpful. Highly recommend for your eye care needs.
Admin staff was super friendly and helpful. The technician was really sweet and made me feel comfortable. The doctor was very thorough with testing & exam, patiently answered all my questions, and I had a lot. I hate choosing frames but the Optician listened to what I wanted and helped me choose quickly which was awesome! Overall a great experience. Thank you Family First!!
