Dr. Patterson has been A1 from the minute we met one another. Over the past 12 plus years I believe it's been, he has exemplified not only what a professional doctor should deliver, but what a decent human being should exemplify!! He has constantly and consistently made me feel more than just a patient, but like a family member or a true friend, that truly cares about my health!! Have been seeing Dr. Patterson for 18 years, the last 5 as part of MDVIP. Smart, very responsive to my concerns and I couldn't imagine a better primary care provider.
Dr. Patterson was my primary doctor in Houston before I moved to California. This doctor couldn’t diagnose my acute thyroid problem for years and years when I was going to him. He continuously dismissed my feelings of fatigue, exhaustion and mood swings and labeled them as women’s hormonal problems. Never once asked for a thyroid or blood test; only because I had HMO at the time and his deal with insurance company probably didn’t allow for extra tests. Dr. Patterson listened to our concerns and ordered tests if necessary. We are glad that he cares and is straightforward in communication.
After my mom had a stroke in Washington state I left to go take care of her I soon found out I was running out of blood pressure meds so I call Dr Patterson's office and they refilled my meds after being a patient for 12 years of Dr Paterson's I'm glad I can count on him to come through when I needed him the most my family and I will continue to be loyal patients and thanks Dr Patterson for always taking care of my medical care Sincerely The Moylan Family
DR Patterson has been my primary care Doctor for 10 yrs always professional and attentive to the needs of his patients. i have great respect for DR Patterson for practicing sound medicine and being proactive in the care of his patients. Highly opinionated. Terrible listener. Jumps to conclusions too quickly. Should listen more, take time to conclude diagnosis, keep personal opinions in check.
Doc is old school. Not one to sugarcoat-just the facts. Also not one to prescribe Meds if not necessary. I trust his judgement. Thorough, not an alarmist. He may rub some folks wrong at first, but he grows on you. The office staff can be slow in their follow-up.
