Dr.Owens does a very thorough job and answers any questions you may have about your vision and eyesight. He especially takes care of diabetics. He does all the necessary test for diabetics because they have alot of vision problems and I am diabetic.
We always get the best of service and care. There is a very efficient staff and Dr. Owens and Dr. K are the best. We are very fortunate to have Eye and Laser for our eye care.
