Good doctor who knows her specialty very well and cares about patients.
The doctor cares about wellbeing of patients . She called me to find out if I did the prescribed blood tests. Her staff spent a lot of time getting insurance authorization for expensive procedure.
She is one of best in her firld very caring i would recommend her any time
Definitely one of the best if not the best in her profession she treats you like a family member and so does her staff.
I don't even want to leave one star. Worst doctor experience I ever had--and I have seen a LOT of doctors. The reviews are accurate. I was referred by primary doc. Shafran ordered replicated tests, made snap decision diagnosis for seizures I am not having-no testing for that, ordered powerful meds & threatened my DL if I didn't take them. Staff cant schedule properly-- eeg person was as rude, curt & physically rough stating I was inconviencing her for appointment. NEVER RETURNING..stay away
Staff is rude wait time is ridiculous, Dr doesn't listen. Awful place
The doctor is very rude also her office staff, I would not recommend them to anyone. She diagnosed me with a false disease, she doesn't really listen to you and it's hard to understand her. She has such a bad temper that she makes you uncomfortable to talk. Her office staff are very rude and unhelpful. They never answer the phone and if they do, they put you on hold for so long . The wait time in their office is at least 2 hours. So I strongly do not recommend them.
The staff is curt, rude, and totally unprofessional. I don't understand how Dr. Shafran would even warrant a star---she barks AT you and doesn't listen TO you. I found her difficult to understand, impatient, unable to explain her medical plans with any coherency,and her bedside manner appalling. I went to this office with headache problems and left with a crippling migraine. Spare you nerves, time, and money. Seek a truly skilled, compassionate, neurologist. You deserve better.
waited two to four hours on average to be seen..she us very rude and not a good doctor at all, in my opinion. She yells ,judges and talks down to patients...she is hard to talk to...and hard to listen to.
