I was very happy with Dr. Carter and his assistant, Alana. Everything was professional, quiet and calm. I felt I was in very good hands. I especially was so impressed with Alana. She noticed that I wasn’t feeling well…..and I had said nothing to her. She asked if she could get me a Coke and I thought that was so thoughtful. She left to get me a Coke, but couldn’t find one, so she asked her colleagues if someone had an extra one for me. And yes, they found me a Coke, and I did start to feel better. Dr. Carter is such a nice, pleasant, down-to-earth professional. Took time to apprehensively explain medical info. Completely put me at ease regarding upcoming surgery.
