Very disappointed with the customer service I received. As someone actively trying to establish care with a new primary care physician, I called the office for guidance on how to join the waitlist, since I understand the doctor is not currently accepting new patients. Unfortunately, I was not given any clear information or direction on how to proceed. My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Gusic for over a year. She has provided very good care. Dr. Gusic has been available when needed and very helpful with all of our health related needs. Staff has been accommodating and has delivered very good care. Would recommend.
