The first visit in general was excellent. The staff is friendly & professional. My only complaint: the long wait between initial tests and seeing Dr Osgood. Apparently my arrival wasn’t entered correctly as being Dr Osgood’s patient &/or not listed as “ready to be seen”. My fault for not asking about the long wait sooner.
Dr Osgood double checked my vision today to make sure all is good. Always professional. Tech was good checking all meds.
