She's great!
New Patient experience today with Dr. Hearn. She plus her assistants Megan & Jennifer made the first visit a positive experience. All over Skin exam and cancer pre-check was todays purpose. Thanks Dr Hearn & team.
She is amazing!!!! She wants to help you,she takes the time to sit down and talk to you and comes up with a solution/plan. I was diagnosed with psoriasis and she has been with me every step of the way. Let's try this. If this doesn't work we'll go to this. She has a plan. I feel like she there with me fighting the battle. Her staff are just as welcoming and just as friendly. The office is nice and clean&&& The front desk ladies are very welcoming.
I haven’t even met with the Dr yet, but her office staff is rude. They don’t bill insurance they accept with a co-insurance and an HSA. They require you to pay up front. When I was being transferred to the office manager, the girl I spoke to hung up on me. When I called back I was told I would speak to the office manager and instead got a voice mail.
