Dr. Baum was wonderful! She made me feel comfortable the entire time and explained everything clearly. I actually look forward to my next visit.
Dr. Baum is fabulous. Very charming. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a smile. She provides exceptional service and is extremely gentle. Dr. Baum definitely makes going to the dentist a fun and positive experience.
Dr. Baum is incredibly skilled. She fixed my smile (crowns on upper front teeth) while providing painless dental care. I no longer fear making dental appointments.
Arrived early for my appointment only to find the door locked, no one responding to the buzzers and no one answering the phone. This office is clearly comfortable with wasting patient's time. The least that could have been done was contact me to let me know that they had to cancel the appointment. Unprofessional, negligent, and - as a result - completely untrustworthy.
