Came in with a painful knee after a fall. The doctor lifted the bed I was sitting on so high, my legs were dangling (in my opinion, not great if a patient has a knee injury you know nothing about), poked my knee with her finger 4 times, then lowered me back on the ground. Sent me for an X-ray. Came in to tell me I had a fracture and that an MD in the hospital wants to see me. The end. Bedside manner of a dead fish. I almost felt hostility from her, like I was bothering her. Not sure what the deal is but I'll never come back.... read more
Worst experience of my life. From beginning to end. The front office people were just awful to the patients (old and new). Never again will I ever go back.
Great experience very professional. I recommend highly.
Just ask the receptionist how this office feels about self pay patience. Never went past the phone call. Absolutly evil. Absolute disdain. Wow...
