I went in to have a benign lesion removed and Dr. Bryer gave a couple of options but didn't offer a recommendation or explain the procedures or aftercare so that I could make an informed decision. She seemed in too much of a hurry. I just wanted the lesion removed and not have an unsightly scar. The excision she did was three times as large as the lesion and requires daily wound care and is still healing after 4 weeks. I am just hoping its not going to look too bad once it is completely healed.

I am impressed with Dr. Bryer's thoroughness. I had a skin cancer a few years ago, and I need someone who goes over my skin with a fine-toothed comb. Additionally she has a wonderful manner. She listens well, she obviously either remembers my history or has taken the time to review my record. She runs her appointments mostly on time, yet she does not ever seem in a hurry while she is with me. I think she is fabulous.

A disappointing and frustrating experience. Office staff demonstrated a lack of care and accommodation. Staff responded to concerns in condescending and rude manner without knowledge of personal circumstances nor a willingness to listen. It is unfortunate that such behavior is allowed and rewarded in medical care. Not often a reviewer but hope that this serves as some feedback for such a lack in professionalism.
