DO NOT COME HERE!!!! There is clear GROSS NEGLECT of their patients, as they do not take regular check up xrays, nor take reported symptoms seriously. My family member was having tooth pain and had to go see another dentist at another dental office as an emergency. He had a massive cavity on his tooth, which was so big the tooth was not saveable, and he had get the tooth extracted. On the 11 Jan 2024, I had the worst experience driving down to Vancouver on a snowing day that I hope would never ever happened to anyone. The disturbing part of this terrible ordeal was the receptionist of this clinic was self centered, rude, unprofessional and arrogant. Before I drove down to Vancouver I have called and tried to postpone the appointment because Coquitlam was snowing but I couldn't postpone it. She wouldn't let me postpone it. She said that Vancouver is not snowing. How could you be so self centered and car... read more

Best place for teeth care! We have 4 generations of family coming here. Our kids come here, nephews, cousins, aunts, in-laws, friends. We'd keep recommending because if our kids love going to see the dentist then you know they are doing something right. They have the nicest staff. Make sure you greet the receptionist! She's super attentive!
