Dr Russ is the worst doctor I've ever seen. And I've seen a LOT of doctors. I am desperate and in pain after a trip to the ER for a recurring skin issue. He spent no longer than 5 minutes in the room, looked at my skin once, represcribed a treatment THAT ALREADY FAILED, and did not listen to me. The other reviewers aren't lying... I won't reinvent the wheel here. Take heed of the rating and find another doctor. My experience was similar to the others. Why Dr. Russ is in the field of healthcare is an answer only God knows. An AI robot would have more care and empathy; look elsewhere. You've been warned...

Not detailed at all... Rushed through... Why does Premier Health let him be a skin doctor that they send referrals to?
If I could leave less than one star for Dr. Russ, I would. I have a concerning red spot on my head. He was in my room for less than 3 minutes. There was plenty of time because I was there early. He rushed through, interrupted me and basically bullied me through the appt. My hair is white. It's not hard to find a red, bloody spot on my head, but he wasn't looking.
