Why Dr. Russ is in the field of healthcare is an answer only God knows. An AI robot would have more care and empathy; look elsewhere. You've been warned...

Not detailed at all... Rushed through... Why does Premier Health let him be a skin doctor that they send referrals to?
If I could leave less than one star for Dr. Russ, I would. I have a concerning red spot on my head. He was in my room for less than 3 minutes. There was plenty of time because I was there early. He rushed through, interrupted me and basically bullied me through the appt. My hair is white. It's not hard to find a red, bloody spot on my head, but he wasn't looking. Does not listen. Check out other reviews on Google, Healthgrades, etc and you will read the same. Was in a hurry and didn’t want to take time to read my history in the chart. Prescribed therapy based on how he treated every other patient and did not individualize my treatment despite me and the nurse telling him what other providers in his practice have done for me in the past. Two weeks later and I am still miserable dealing with the same derm issue.
