Dr Valle and his staff were very nice and provided excellent care. This was nice since I was not his patient. He was covering for my Dentist while he was on vacation.
Scammy, hard-sell business. They'll misrepresent what services you need, charge you for unnecessary photos, then badger you about whatever high-margin cosmetic nonsense they're pushing. I had to repeatedly decline elective stuff. Trying to leave is worse than a used car dealership refusing to give you your keys back. I hate this place. It feels very dishonest, and they will probably try to take advantage of you.
At Dr Valle’s dental office early today. In pain. Placed in the treatment chair as soon as I arrived. X-rays first. Efficient. Ass’t Evaluation comprehensive. Brian arrived quickly. Reviewed X-rays, Ass’ts exam. Did his own exam. Problem on lower right where I had a root canal. Referred to a specialist. Given medication. Dr. Valle, Has helped my daughter Christine a few years back.She had many issues regarding her teeth that anything that could be wrong with them she had them all. He not only made her beautiful teeth but he took away her serious health problems caused by bad teeth. He stopped many infections from happening.
