He has helped me immensely. He has been very professional and his staff as well. I have been Dr. Toshkoff off and on for two years. I would highly recommend this doctor.
He is a liar and will work against you, deserves to lose his license. His lack of empathy and willingness to listen shocks me that he chose this profession. Hopefully, he reconsider this soon, he would serve the world better as a person that does not interact with other people.
Have had two major miscommunications around medication that has caused me to backslide. He is also VERY passive aggressive towards me not understanding his confusing instructions. I do not recommend at all.
