We have taken my daughter to the lake jackson office several times now. Each time having to wait an hour for not even 10 min of seeing the dr.
Dr. Selbst is a pleasure to deal with. However, it's not unusual to wait 30 minutes or more in a room before he appears. Overbooking patients, unfortunately.
Both my husband and I have seen Dr Selbst for foot problems. He has always made us feel comfortable and confident on our visits. He's very thorough and makes sure we understood everything going on and why. Definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a foot doctor.
All around bad experience. Terrible receptionist, wasted time taking off of work with something that could have been simply handled with a phone call.
