Disappointing experience with Brian Scarth and the clinic. After weeks of not getting through to the clinic's phone line and being patronized by staff, it turns out they had lost my referral. At the appointment, he was condescending and tried to invalidate my experiences. After going through everything, he explained that some of my congnitive test results were too "normal," though other scores were quite concerning.
