Over an hour wait to speak to someone in the scheduling department and the office closes in less than a hour? Definitely find another doctor unless wasting HOURS of your time waiting to simply schedule sounds like an efficient use of your day. Pathetic patient care from the office staff.
Very knowledgeable and caring physician. I could not be happier with the warmth of the practice, attention to detail, and state of the art facility. Highly recommended. Best doctor!
The worst experience I have ever had at a Doctors office. The back office “Olivia” and the team are about as incompetent as you can get. They are lazy , don’t do their job and never ever return phone calls. Three of my friends have tried going to this practice and have had he same horrible experience. If you want a real surgeon and a back office team that is buttoned up try Dr. Namoto at Cedars Sinai. The best experience I have ever had.
