If you don’t go yearly at least for a physical, they will put you as inactive and not see you. Not everyone needs to see a doctor that often but if you don’t see them you are removed.. find someone else if looking for new doctor…they don’t tell you this info at any time. The worst physical ever, did not do an ekg did not even look in my ears only went over blood work by the crnp who took over Dr. McClure’s patients.

Dr. James is a winner. His patients are just that, patients. He listens and cares. He saved my life and is a real doctor in a world where money wins out with most doctors. You won't do better for a GP. I'm a real person and patient of Dr.James. T W, Athens, Al.
He is a very happy and personable doctor who makes you feel comfortable and treats you as if you're his only patient when he is with you! He takes his time and is very thorough, and wants to help you any way he can. He doesn't hesitate to get you to the right specialist when necessary and his office staff is a joy to be around. He also makes you feel like a friend. He never treats you as beneath him intellectually and I completely trust him and his staff. I drive 5 1/2 hrs just to see him.
