All staff are very professional and caring
Absolutely wonderful. They called my name 1 minute after I sat down in lobby. Nurse who took my vitals appeared in room within a couple of minutes and was thorough. Three minutes later x-ray tech retrieved me for x-rays. I returned to my room and Dr. Hatten entered 3 minutes later and he listened to my concerns regarding my right knee. He then did several manipulations to both knees and said from review of x-rays and checking ligaments my fall hadn't damaged any portion of my knee.
