Absolutely wonderful. They called my name 1 minute after I sat down in lobby. Nurse who took my vitals appeared in room within a couple of minutes and was thorough. Three minutes later x-ray tech retrieved me for x-rays. I returned to my room and Dr. Hatten entered 3 minutes later and he listened to my concerns regarding my right knee. He then did several manipulations to both knees and said from review of x-rays and checking ligaments my fall hadn't damaged any portion of my knee. Dr. Hatten was friendly, thorough, listened to me, answered all of my questions and gave a great recommendation for treatment. I look forward to using him again in the future.
