Dr Boulay, and his team hv been absolutely attentive to my health needs. I think ppl hv to understand, these ppl are extremely busy, and don't have the time to stop and answer all questions. Overall, I've been happy with Boulay, and his team. Thank you for your Service and keeping patients healthy.
Dr. Boulay and his staff were amazing. He explained everything that was being done in a clear manner and with empathy. His nurses were absolutely amazing. I have severe whitecoat syndrome and I felt at ease while there. I would gladly drive the 1.5 hours for his expertise again.
Very disappointed in the service once I got there. I was waiting out in the lobby for about 30 minutes before they actually called me in. When they asked me what was wrong they did not listen to me at all. He kept disregarding what I was saying and was not trying to work with me to get the proper care and treatment that I needed. I felt like the appointment was rushed and they just wanted to get rid of me as fast as they could. Very very disappointed he made me feel as if I was crazy and that I was making everything up!!
