Dr. Pugh is great. However the staff is rude, especially at the front desk. They also are crooks. They will not quote prices on procedures until afterwards. Not even a quote for if everything goes routinely. They sent me a bill for an additional $800 because they "made a mistake and didn't know how." Front office staff is cluless. I've seen Dr Pugh twice in the past and procedures were painless with no problems. I would highly recommend him as he was recommended to me.

I love this man. I have had horrible dental experiences in general and root canals. For years I had a true phobia of the dental profession. But then I meet Dr Pugh, he has done 2 root canals for me and I was back in the game. No pain, swelling, no excessive bleeding, nothing and I was expecting more. He is the only doctor I will ever go to for root canals and refer people too. I am so grateful for his skills, professionalism and kindness. He is a real friend in my head and fellow Libra

Went to Athens Endodontics for a root canal and was seen by Chelsea and Dr.Pugh, I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the process by both, I delt mostly with Chelsea and she was pleasant and experienced and made the process fast,easy and mostly painless 😁 5 stars Chelsea!!

I had a root canal done by Brian Pugh and within 3 months had issues and he didn't do anything when I went back to him. I had to go to a oral surgeon to fix the problem he caused and pay out my own pocket. I would not refer him to anyone. 🤨
