Dr. B. Proctor is an excellent human being. He operated on my both eyes very successfully.
I have always been extremely pleased with my care with Dr. Proctor. ! He is thorough, kind and a pleasure to work with . I have been coming to this office for many years.
Dr. Proctor is wonderful. Very knowledgeable, explains everything thoroughly, doesn't rush thru the appointment, doesn't recommend anything you dont really need. I highly recommend him and have given his information to several of my friends who are now his patients.
Dr. Proctor is a very good doctor. He explained all options for cataract surgery. Just completed my second eye cataract surgery with both monofocal lens for distance, and my intermediate vision has also improved! The techs are all very nice and competent too!
