I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Brian Phillips and PA John Dowling. As a patient of the office since 2022, they make an outstanding team and consistently provide exceptional care. I was referred to Dr. Philips last year for a diagnosed thyroid autoimmune disorder. Seemed annoyed that my primary care doctor referred me and sent me on my way. Extremely condescending and odd behavior from a specialist considering I have a legitimate problem.
This doctor could care less about my thyroid issues. Seemed annoyed that I was there. Didn't order blood work that I specifically asked for and said he would. Then told me there's nothing he could do after checking the 2 most basic thyroid blood tests (TSH and T4). A google search could tell you there can be underlying issues with those in range. Stay away from this doctor unless you have the most common illness that's easily treatable.
A great medical no nonsense doctor. Very smart. I feel confident in him.
None of this medical personnel in the office know very must about diabetes. They don’t listen to the patients or their families with concerns or history.
