One of the worst medical practices that I have ever been too. Not only was the staff extremely rude, there was no communication at all I was left to find things out on my own. When I would call the nurses to find information they would say stuff like you saw the results of your Ct scan so you should know that you need surgery? Like what!? I was also scheduled for a a surgery and then was told five days before my appointment that I need to pay a huge lump some of money for them to even preform. I honestly wouldn’t trust them ... read more
Didn't get a visit. Was referred to them by primary care physician, waited a week to get a call, did, was told doctor needed to review referral, then got a call after another week and was told they don't contract with the very large insurer I have. So, their front office, having the information up front, could have, ought to have, dealt with me at the outset so I could have moved on to finding the appropriately contracted professional. Caveat Emptor with this organization.
Dr Naftulin has been my urologist for years. He has helped me a great deal detected my prostrate cancer and recommended an oncologist today I am cancer free because of the early detection method that he recommended.
Dr. Naftulin is not only highly skilled, he is kind. His soothing ways have gone a long way in helping me fight my cancer. I am eternally grateful that he is in my corner during this fight.
This rating has nothing to do with the doctor, but the staff. I was referred to this doctor by my PCP. I have called several times & have left several messages to ask if they have received my referral. This has been going on for almost two weeks & I still haven’t heard from this doctor’s office. I quit!!!!!! I have obtained another doctor. It’s very clear that this doctor & staff doesn’t care about their patients or any new patients.
Ignored a continuous problem of bleeding a bood clots, even after a year and a half after a TURP. I have since visited another urologist who stated the TURP procedure was incomplete and the bleeding was from my enlarged prostate. New urologist stated he will clean the prostate out and give me a better stream. I am scheduled for another TURP surgery 2/16/18.
Dr Naftulin performed a prostectomy on me in 2015. My recovery was fast with minimal discomfort. I have had no long term problems. I am thankful ever day that I was lucky enough to have Dr Naftulin as my doctor. I would witout hesitations recomend him to anyone.
