Went in for an ear infection. They took me in without any wait at all. They checked me out and asked me all the necessary questions about the infection and went above and beyond about other health issues I've had as well. The nurse practitioner was extremely thorough and compassionate. I don't have insurance yet and the medications were a bit pricey. They gave me a drug discount card for the medications. I was all set to get rid of the infection. They followed up with me with a phone call the next week and then text message.... read more
We're full time RVers, passing through Missouri, doing some bicycling where we can. I thought I picked up a tick bite and perhaps got some Lyme disease. My foot got a big red splotch and ankle started swelling. I checked some reviews and this Doctor Murphy sounded good. He knew what it was as soon as he saw it. No tick, but a brown recluse spider bite. He explained that it wasn't too bad, what was going to happen the next couple weeks and how to care for it. I'm very glad we stopped here at the Joplin Urgent Care.
I've lost 15 pounds this month with Dr. Murphy's help. Thank you, Dr. Murphy!
