Just finished 6 week check in with Dr. Murphy on my second knee. All is going well and heading to another good outcome. He is a good communicator and based on my experience his surgical work is very good!
Dr. Murphy and his team are top notch! They are very organized and Dr. Murphy answered all ny questions! I had a successful Total Hip Replacement Surgery and back to walking 2 miles and playing on the floor with my Grandbabies! Thank you!!
I had an appointment with Dr Brian Murphy at his Franklin location. The staff was very nice. It was also great being referred by another Optum / American Health Network doctor that I didn’t have to fill out a bunch of paperwork. They had everything transferred before I came. They also communicated ahead of time about things the doctor would like to see (like my recent x-rays) that I was able to easily bring. Was sent here because my Dr recommended him. When I walked in the lady at the front desk was not very nice. Bad first impression was gonna leave then but decided to wait. Went in to the see the Dr. he had no bedside manner at all, well he needs to work on it. He was very short with me about what was going on. He looked at my xrays said you need a hip replacement when I said "how long would I be off work" he said "6 to 8 weeks" I said "I can't do that I will lose my house and my car" the next look was like...well I don't know... read more
