Professional, caring, and down to earth
Thank you to Dr Martin and his team for looking after me so well after a stupid trip and fall which resulted in fractures in my foot! From the get go I was really looked after and very much appreciate all the help/surgery and treatment that I have received from Dr Martin, Vicki and the whole team.
This rating is only for Vicki, the receptionist. I have been seeing Dr Martin for several years now and while he is always very kind, Vicki has always been extremely rude each time i came in or called in, she is impolite, lacks manners and hangs up on clients for asking valid questions. I called in a few days ago to confirm if i am allowed to walk as along with a few other questions, she told me that she will relay the message to Dr. Martin and call me back. These were her words.
