I wish I could give this practice zero stars, but the review system requires at least one. As a Veteran seeking help for my ongoing pain, I contacted Dr Brian Martin’s practice and spoke with Vicki H on three separate occasions between 11 June 2026 and 21 July 2026. On every call, she was condescending and rude. Her behaviour was even worse in person, where she was disrespectful toward me in front of other patients. Thank you, Dr Martin, Narelle, and Vicky, for the wonderful care you provided to my son Aaron, after he broke his talus bone. From our very first visit, we felt genuinely welcomed, and all treatment options were clearly explained and discussed before any decisions were made.

Thank you to Dr Martin and his team for looking after me so well after a stupid trip and fall which resulted in fractures in my foot! From the get go I was really looked after and very much appreciate all the help/surgery and treatment that I have received from Dr Martin, Vicki and the whole team.
