Thank you, Dr Martin, Narelle, and Vicky, for the wonderful care you provided to my son Aaron, after he broke his talus bone. From our very first visit, we felt genuinely welcomed, and all treatment options were clearly explained and discussed before any decisions were made.
Professional, caring, and down to earth
Thank you to Dr Martin and his team for looking after me so well after a stupid trip and fall which resulted in fractures in my foot! From the get go I was really looked after and very much appreciate all the help/surgery and treatment that I have received from Dr Martin, Vicki and the whole team.
This rating is only for Vicki, the receptionist. I have been seeing Dr Martin for several years now and while he is always very kind, Vicki has always been extremely rude each time i came in or called in, she is impolite, lacks manners and hangs up on clients for asking valid questions.
