I was told that my insurance REQUIRED me to have two rounds of shots in my knee before I was able to get the procedure of get the nerves burnt in my knee that would give me relief of pain in my knee. After two separate shots ( each one costing me $283.00 out of pocket), one day before my nerve burn procedure was to happen, I was sent a Text letting me know that my procedure was CANCELED BECAUSE MY INSURANCE DOES NOT COVER IT.
