I had an appointment yesterday at 9am. I went to the address given which put me at a UAMS building so i went to the nearest door to the treatment center and waited in the waiting room, dinging the bell every 10 minutes because no one was at the front desk. Eventually someone came up and asked if I needed help and proceeded to tell me I was in the wrong waiting area. They guided me to the correct area (wrong address) upon arrival there at 9:26 I was told to reschedule and wasnt able to be seen today. My new appointment is sch... read more

Dr. Malki is the first doctor to listen to me. I've been going to pain management for 15 years or so for herniated disc. My pain was mostly in my hips, butt, and back. I've gotten many shots and ablation at L4-L5 from several doctors and no pain relief. Dr. Malki was the first to treat my hip pain, butt, and back pain and not just my back.
