Great Doctor, very funny, and compassionate. Did a great job on my Knee. Couldn’t ask for better
This dr was arrogant and short. Refused to help me with pain until surgery date Sept 11th. Good thing I self educated myself on my MRI because he had no intent in treating me like I was worth his time and to explain the damage to my knee which is torn meniscus in 3 places both MCL and ACL are damaged and one is deteriorating. Smug, uncaring, no bedside manner and proves to me us patients are just a number. I was treated like an ignorant second class citizen. I had a GREAT experience here today! Dr. Terry and the staff really helped to calm our nerves and treated us with the utmost respect and care. We really felt like FAMILY! This is so different from a lot of medical staff in different areas, like WGMC’s ER, that patients have to deal with. So grateful for Dr. Terry and his staff! Pray continued blessings upon the staff as they help others.
It was said that i had to have plate n screws in my ankle area. I asked question. Dr. was very short. Like he didn't care if i had it fixed or not. Did not explain the surgery . Did not show me any x- rays. I asked to see the x rays, he said get with my nurse and walked on. The nurse has no idea. Foot is still messed up after surgery.
