This Dr. was very impatient and showed very little patience with my daughter who is scared of needles (the entire reason we were referred to his office). To top off our bad experience in the office his front desk personnel and billing department are incompetent. They completed a predetermination of benefits prior to our appointment and attempted to bill me my insurances portion.
