DO NOT GO TO Dr. Ingalls!! His gross negligence and substandard work caused my child to need several years of advanced treatment and two painful oral surgeries. He even admitted fault but was still too arrogant to at least apologize for the emotional and physical pain he had caused my child! False notes materialized in our child's patient record. Unfortunately, we were warned by other parents/former patients after the harm was done. He should not have a license!! Please take your child elsewhere
