I’ve been a patient here for a while, and while Dr. Flanagan himself is an incredible doctor who truly listens and cares, I cannot say the same about the office staff. The level of negligence and lack of communication I’ve experienced this past week has been not only frustrating, but dangerous to my health. Horrible office, never calls back. Also a weak MD.
STRONGLY do NOT recommend!!! I had the WORST experience of my ENTIRE life with Dr. Flanagan's office! I've waited for my anger to dissipate some bc I wanted to give a fair review. Things started fine with the doctor, but it's HIS STAFF that's the problem. I was sent to him bc my doctor moved out of state. They were aware from the beginning that I traveled back & forth to VA due to family reasons. I’ve gone through the extended hoops of doctors vigorously trying to get my shoulder fixed. Dr. Flanagan is the first doctor I’ve had that takes the time to listen, understand, and help. I’ve had to deal with the same answers and robotic quick visits in the past but the m finally finding relief and solutions thanks to Dr. Flanagan. Favorite doctor so far!
Love Dr. Flanagan!! Unified Pain Management is the best!! Ever since they left Baylor, the staff is exceptional and the docs truly care! Thanks for being so great!!!
