Requested appointment for root canal and I took day off went doctor they said they gave me appointment for cleaning I was shocked and they said simply apologize their apologize cost my day for nothing as a contractor I lost one day wages.
I went to Dr. Dufner to have multiple fillings done on left side of my mouth. He told me I had a total of 13 cavities in my mouth. (Which I thought were a lot but trusted him as a Dr.) I payed $608 up front before the procedure. This was the first procedure and the next would be on March 21 to do the right side. (I have since canceled that appointment.) During the procedure the Dr. popped my jaw while filling a cavity. The next day I had terrible pain on my upper right teeth and right jaw. Excellent dentist. Staff is always very helpful and love all the reminders I get about my appointment. Best teeth cleaning I have ever had. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist!
