I’ve been into this office three times and each time I’ve been met by very nice receptionist and then directed to a spacious and comfortable waiting area. There is coffee and tea available (Keurig). Dr. Do is great, good communicator, and really knows his stuff. My one complaint is there is no portal or way to communicate with either medical or admin staff or a way to review notes about the most recent appointment or prescription.
