Great customer service was given by everyone. The the front desk employees, the eye test technician and the Doctor made my visit pleasant. The person who helped me with purchasing my new lenses for two pairs of glasses could use a little coaching with her customer interaction (no energy) and with explaining the cost breakdowns.
I was very pleased. The doctors and staff and very nice.
Dr. Grzesiak is very knowledgeable and professional. He know exactly what I need to see well. The staff is kind and helpful.
Dr. Berliner was very thorough with my eyes. An he gave me some supplies for my dry eyes. An diagnosed some floaters in my husband Chris's left eye. Which he never New he had. An also that they accept AAA discounts.
I really appreciate how honest and kind the staff and mostly Dr. Berliner was. He educated me in depth about my eye condition. When I left the office there was a smile on my face because I wasent nickeled and dimed to buy anything just my well being was more important...
