I find Dr. DeCastro to be an excellent choice for a urologist. He listens well and has a very reassuring demeanor. His office at Inova Fairfax is friendly and easily accessible. He comes across as knowledgeable and very down to earth. I have really appreciated being his patient
I've never left a review on a Doctor. I'll start by saying Dr. DeCastro is extremely personable. He listens, evaluates, asks all the right questions. He's extremely thorough and treats you more then just a "patient".
I found out that I had a cancerous mass. My GP referred me to Dr de Castro. He very quickly got me into the OR within hours. Simply put he saved my life. He’s also very pleasant and focused, and has just the sort of calm manner and quiet professionalism you want in a physician when things aren’t going too well for you.
Dr. DeCastro saved my life. He goes the extra mile for his patients. He is easy to work with and knows his stuff.
