After waiting 1total hour in waiting room, without explanation,apologies,excuses , I was the 3rd patient who had to leave without seeing this Dr. I requested visit with patient advocate and Human Resources for Lone Star Orthopedics. They explained that the door to patient rooms were both closed( apparently he only has 2rooms!) and they are not allowed to interrupt. Dr Gengler is awesome! He did a lumbar fusion for me and it went great! He took extra care to make sure there no complications. Dr Gengler and his staff continue to care for me post op. I can’t recommend them enough and I wouldn’t consider anyone else.

It’s been a little over a year since Dr. Gengler performed a cervical fusion on me. My life has been completely transformed. It’s difficult to remember the pain anymore. All the symptoms I was experiencing have almost completely gone away.
